Safety Protocols

The Invisible Studios is committed to following all COVID protocols as laid out by the State, County, City and SAG/AFTRA.

Necessary Talent Only

We are asking that no one accompany adult talent to the studio when possible. When you are scheduling a single-person recording session, only the person recording should physically attend the session or enter the premises.

Patching Services Free of Charge

We are asking directors and producers to work remotely via audio patch when possible. We offer Zoom, Skype, and Phone Patches at no cost to our clients.

Prohibited Carpooling

Staff and guests are prohibited from carpooling unless they live in the same household.

No Unscheduled Guests or Visitors

No unscheduled guests or visitors will be allowed access to the building. No exceptions

Reduced On-Site Staff

We are operating with a skeleton crew and only necessary personnel will be present. Guests will encounter a maximum of three staff members in the studio who have been instructed to always maintain safe distances and follow current protocols.

Prohibited Food Sharing

Staff and guests are prohibited from sharing food. All food and drink must be in single serving containers and consumed in designated areas only. No drink straws are allowed at any time. All other Public Health Requirements must be followed but staff and clients.

Wearing Masks at All Times

Our engineers will wear masks any time they are in the same room as a a client or in common areas. Double-masking and/or N95 are preferred in all indoor settings.

Maintaining Safe Distances

Our team will always keep a safe social distance (six feet) from all studio guests and each other. At this time, we are unable to offer sessions where people would need to be closer than six feet from one another unless they live as a “pod” in the same household.
